Brisebois Blvd. & chemin de la Haute-Rivière
Faubourg Châteauguay will offer the residents of Châteauguay and its surrounding communities a unique place to meet, shop, and dine.
A 131,000 square foot Walmart Superstore is anchoring the project since January 2013. A national brand 120-room hotel is scheduled to open in the spring of 2017. The project will also include national big box stores, offer the latest must-have consumer items and services, and feature a selection of restaurants and cafés to appeal to everyone’s tastes.
Faubourg Châteauguay is directly accessible from Highway 30 at the exit 35, chemin de la Haute-Rivière. Highway 30, open to traffic since December 2012, serves to complete the southern beltway around the island of Montréal, creating ease of access for those travelling to and from Eastern Canada.
Amongst the regional draws, and located directly adjacent to the property, is Hôpital Anna-Laberge, the largest regional hospital in the Montérégie, École Louis-Philippe-Paré, the regional high school with 1,600 students, and a major sports complex, including soccer fields and the Aréna Léo-Crépin, the regional arena which hosts many sporting events.
